Wow. Is everything okay, Kate Gosselin?
The reality star was seen looking scarily thin at a recent stops Target with her twins, Cara Nicole and Madelyn Kate.
Girls looked pretty cheerful as they did some early holiday shopping in their home town of Reading, PA.
Kate has been keeping busy since Kate Plus 8 was canceled. She running a website and a Twitter account updating the world about the ins and outs of her life now as a single mother.
We just hope she’s making time for herself!
Eat Kate! You were looking so good a couple months ago!
