Okay, we spotted Neil Patrick Harris and his dream boat partner David Burtka spending some quality time as a family, yesterday.
The adorable couple took their even more adorable twins Gideon and Harper to grab lunch at Marmalade Cafe in El Lay.
The Dads seem as delighted an entertained by their kids as the 1-year-olds are with just about everything!
