Amy Winehouse Foundation Makes Donation To Children's Hospice

10 Weeks ago Amy Winehouse‘s parents started a charity in his late daughter’s name.
The Amy Winehouse Foundation has pledged to donate 500,000 pounds ($780,000) to support vulnerable youth in its first year.
Wednesday Mitch and Janis Winehouse, were had mixed emotions as they dropped off the foundation’s first donation to Little Havens Children’s Hospice in east of London.
Mitch said giving the 10,000-pound ($15,600) donation to the sick and dying children was:

“heartbreaking actually . . . I’m starting to well up now, but heartwarming at the same time.”

So sad! We can only imagine how emotional a visit to a Children’s Hospice would be!
What we do know is the money in Amy’s name will go a long way.
