Are We There Yet?‘s actress Essence Atkins welcomed a new little son on a very special day – Christmas!
The actress tweeted:

It’s the first child for her and husband Jaime Mendez, who found each other on Match.com and married in September 2009.
Luckily for Essence, she had a fairly painless pregnancy – up until the final month. The actress recently tweeted:
I’m convinced the last month of pregnancy prepares u 4 no sleep when the baby arrives. Ugh, I’ve been awake 21 hours…
