Aw, this is SOOO CUTE!
Hilary Duff, determined on recording every special moment she has with her baby Luca, is going the extra mile to save literally everything she can of her duffdorable baby.
The new mother is keeping her son’s umbilical cord and she doesn’t care what anyone thinks about it!
Here’s what Hilary had to say about it:
“You know what was a big milestone? The belly button falling off. That was a huge one. And then I wanted to keep it but my husband was like, ‘No, that’s gross, you can’t keep it!’ I’m like, ‘I’m totally keeping it,’ and I secretly kept it. But now it’s not a secret anymore. It’s in a Ziploc bag in the back of my makeup drawer. Luca’s going to think I’m a freak!”
We disagree. As long as it doesn’t get too gross, that is SUCH a sweet and thoughtful gesture!
One of the greatest things we loved about growing up was listening to our parents’ stories of how we were as babies.
Now Hilary will be able to tell AND show her baby.
Way to think outside of the box, Hilary!!!
