Nick Lachey is going down the road less travelled as him and his wife Vanessa Lachey prepare themselves for the birth of their first baby.
Vanessa says her husband is trusting his maternal instincts more and more, and she loves it!
Here’s what Vanessa said:
“I’ve been a little consumed with work. But the interesting thing I’ve noticed is my husband is nesting. I always thought it was the woman but he’s doing his little nesting part too. He saw this old table we have and he sanded it, then he stained it, put glass on it. He made us a desk! It was pretty incredible.”
Hey, we don’t doubt Nick’s incredibleness you lucky lady!
That’s not all Vanessa had to say.
Here’s the rest of Vanessa’s observations on married life with Nick:
“He’s a good Cincinnati, mid-western boy,” she said. “He does the dishes, he does his laundry, and we share all the duties in the house. We realize it’s a partnership. It’s not 50-50. It’s 100% on my end and 100% on his end.”
Nothing wrong with having two mother hens in the house.
Two beautiful mother hens, that is.
