Jay-Z is such an amazing human being. He’s ALSO a fabulous father!
Jay-Z thought that the birth of his daughter, Blue Ivy Carter, would provide a wealth of inspiration for his music.
Apparently, that wasn’t the case.
Here’s what he said:
“I thought that I would after my daughter was born. I thought I would be more inspired with all the new feelings and everything that I’d have to write about, but it really happened the other way. I just really wanna hang out with her. I just wanna enjoy those moments for a bit and I’m sure that feeling of music will come back to me.”
Seems like our favorite rapper has grown an exponential amount maturity-wise since his baby girl was born. He’s chosen another person over himself. That’s a real man.
We’re so proud of him, sniff-sniff, they grow up so fast.
