If you thought there was sadness behind Taylor Swift‘s smile lately, you may have been right.
The Enchanted singer is used to suffering through breakups; it usually helps her write Grammy-winning songs.
But this time the Teardrops On My Guitar aren’t for herself- they’re over her parents.
The young songstress’s mom and dad have officially separated.
Apparently the split has been gradual, but it must have come as quite a shock to poor Taylor. After all, they had been married over a quarter century!
So why the split? A source close to the family says:
“Andrea being on tour with Taylor full-time has really been hard on her relationship with Scott.”
Oh no! Don’t tell Taylor that! All the money in the world can’t fix that kind of guilt.
Taylor, we’re really sorry for you. This must be the saddest news of all time! All time!
