We love the name Camden John! It’s an adorable handle for an adorable baby!
So how did Nick Lachey and his lovely wife Vanessa come up with it?
Nick says it was all location, location, location! He says:
“It├óΓé¼Γäós kind of a funny story. I├óΓé¼Γäóve always liked the name Colin. We thought that Colin would be the name. And John is my dad├óΓé¼Γäós name. But as we got further into it, I learned that Vanessa wasn├óΓé¼Γäót a big fan of the name Colin, so we started looking for another ├óΓé¼╦£C├óΓé¼Γäó name.”
So the couple was stumped until one day Nick picked up Vanessa from her doctor’s office in Beverly Hills- on Camden Drive! Nick says:
“We didn├óΓé¼Γäót really know anyone else named Camden. It was such a neat name. We fell in love with it and decided on it five or six months ago.”
Aw, that’s adorable! Parents-to-be everywhere who are struggling to find the perfect name, take note! Inspiration is EVERYWHERE!
