Chad Lowe is a daddy again!
The Pretty Little Liars star and wife Kim Painter welcomed their second child on Thursday night!
Little Mabel has an even littler sister!
We hear the baby girl is happy and healthy and the parents are celebrating with a nice long lie-down!
After all, this may be their last chance to sleep for another 3 years! LOLz!
Congrats, guys! (And say hi to Uncle Rob Lowe for us!)
