Miley Cyrus And Mom Paint The Town Blonde

We know how important family is to Miley Cyrus. After all, she’s starting her own soon!
The Party In The U.S.A. singer was spotted out in NYC on Monday night with mom Tish Cyrus.
Tish knows a thing or two about being married- she’s been with Billy Ray Cyrus for nearly 20 years!
So she knows how important it is for the bride-to-be to have a ladies’ night out every now and then. Nothing Magic Mike crazy, just some girl talk and drinks!
Um, virgin drinks, obvi! Miley is still only 19 years old!
