Sarah Hyland killed two birds with one stone last night: celebrated Teen Vogue‘s 10th anniversary and Chlo├â┬½ Moretz‘s 16th birthday.
For the 2-for-1 soiree, the curly haired Modern Family actress wore a blue velvet alice + olivia dress and black peep toe heels.
It’s no Chanel, but it’s cute.
