In the March issue of Vogue, which she breathtakingly covers, Queen Bey opened up on her relationship with hubby Jay-Z, as well as her thoughts on gender equality.
On the best parts about her marriage with Hov, Beyoncé stated:
“Just knowing someone’s always going to be honest and tell the truth, [who] can understand exactly what I’m going through—and I can understand exactly what he’s going through.”
Aw! Loves it! ’03 ’13 Bonnie and Clyde, Hov and Bey!
As for her stance on gender equality? The superwoman feels:
“Equality is a myth, and for some reason everyone accepts the fact that women don├óΓé¼Γäót make as much money as men do. Power├óΓé¼Γäós not given to you. You have to take it.├óΓé¼┬¥
Preach on, gurl! Go ‘head and take it!
Also in the issue, one of Bey’s besties, Gwyneth Paltrow, spilled on a SUPER adorbs moment she witnessed between the singer and baby Blue Ivy!
Gwyneth recalled:
“Blue was sleeping in her arms, across her body, and B was listening back to what she had been working on. I thought, This is how you do it. You do what you love with who you love included.”
That sounds like it was such a sweet moment!
Her bestie also took some time to brag about her fellow superstar pal, revealing:
“When she is working onstage, she has more power than any woman I’ve ever seen. She would never say it and has never said it, but I feel she knows with every fiber of her being that she is the best in the world at her job.”
Not only does Mrs. Carter take that power, she OWNS it, too!
She is a queen, most definitely!
