This is absolutely UNACCEPTABLE!
MC Hammer is claiming to be a victim of racial profiling after he was arrested for, according to law enforcement sources, obstructing and resisting a police officer in Dublin, California yesterday afternoon!
He took to Twitter to share his side of events:
chubby elvis looking dude was tapping on my car window, I rolled down the window and he said'”Are you on parole or probation?”

And these are the men and women who are supposed to be PROTECTING our communities?
Absolutely SHAMEFUL!
Especially since if he’s happening to him, it’s happening to COUNTLESS other innocent men and women in minority groups who may not have the voice or means to speak out against law enforcement personnel employing these “profiling” techniques.
We’re just glad that Hammer took the time to stand up against what is CLEARLY inexcusable and dangerous racism!
It’s 2013, people! Not the dark ages!
In fact, we bet even then, people were treated with more respect than THAT!
Enough is ENOUGH!
