Giuliana Rancic Would Feel 'Lucky' If She Gets Blessed With Another Baby!

Is there another baby in Giuliana Rancic‘s future???
The E! News host welcomed her son, Duke via surrogate about seven months ago, and even though he’s not even a year old yet, Miz Rancic wouldn’t mind having another cherub.
Giuliana landed a cover on the Chicago Sun-Times Sunday magazine SPLASH, and while she looked gorge, she couldn’t help but to talk about babies.
When she was asked if she would like to grow her family, Bill Rancic‘s wifey said:

├óΓé¼┼ôWe├óΓé¼Γäód only be so lucky.”

Awww!
Hopefully Giuliana and Bill plan on having another baby because it would be AH-MAYZING!
