Justin Bieber can’t avoid investigations no matter how many Beliebers pray for him, and this latest one is coming back from the past.
Last June, the Biebs took to New York and inked tattoo artist Bang Bang illegally.
See, JB doesn’t have a tattoo license! Duh!
The Biebs tattooed a muscle-y mouse on the artist’s leg along with the word “swaggy,” which really should be punishment enough for the Bang Bang.
We kid, we kid!
Instead, the New York City Health Department might be laying down a $2,000 fine!
Bang Bang, who operates Bang Bang Tattoo Parlor, isn’t a first-timer with the whole celeb tats thing as he was already fined when he let Rihanna tat him up.
Katy Perry, Chris Brown and Amar’e Stoudemire have also left their mark on Bang Bang.
Poor Bieby!
His tattoo love might come at a price for his buddy this time!
