Texas Stabbing Suspect Arrested; Disturbing Motive Revealed

We want to say we still can’t believe this happened, but it seems like these senseless massacres (or in this case, attempted massacre) keep happening these days. And it needs. to. stop.
Dylan Quick has been arrested in the horrific stabbing spree that shook the Cypress campus of Lone Star College on Tuesday.
Reports keep going back and forth between 14 and 15 — the number of those injured during the incident, but either one is terrifying.
The Texas suburb is still shaking, even more so now that that motive has been revealed.
According to the Harris County Sheriff’s Office, Quick was planning the attack for some time now and apparently had fantasies of stabbing people to death every since grade school.
Can we please do something to improve our mental health programs now?? How about implementing ones in the schools, hmm??
As for the campus, officials decided to keep the college closed throughout Wednesday.
We can only hope those affected will be able to fully recover from this — physically AND psychologically, though we fear the latter may be harder than the former.
