Most women want to get spoiled for their wedding anniversaries, making it all about them. Not Kate Middleton!
The Duchess of Cambridge spent her second anniversary visiting the adorable kids of the Naomi House Children’s Hospice in Hampshire.
Beautiful 8-year-old Sally Evans, who suffers from spinal muscular atrophy, was particularly excited to meet Kate. Sally’s mother says:
“She wished her happy anniversary and thanked her for choosing to come.”

So where was Prince William? Unfortunately he had duty for the day with his helicopter rescue squad.
