We are SO thrilled that Sharon Osbourne is bringing her sassy self back to The X Factor UK for the show’s tenth season!!
The Osbourne matriarch is replacing Tulisa Contostavlos as judge, and will join Nicole Scherzinger, Gary Barlow, and Louis Walsh on the panel.
Simon Cowell recently shared his thoughts about Sharon’s return, expressing:
“Three words I never thought I’d say: Welcome back Sharon!”
While Mrs. Osbourne (yup, she HAS gotten back together with Ozzie!) herself stated:
“I couldn’t be happier about coming back for the 10th anniversary of X Factor. I can’t wait to give Gary Barlow a big hug, sit next to the gorgeous Nicole, and of course throw water on dear Louis. Yay!”
This year, X Factor UK is slightly switching up its format; instead of having contestants initially audition in a stadium setting in front of judges and regular folk alike, hopefuls will first audition in a private room with ONLY the judges/cameras/host present.
IF they make it past this first audition, they then get to try their luck in an actual concert venue, in front of other people. Fun fun!
We kinda wish SiSi was returning too so we could watch his and Sharon’s adorable frenemy arguments… sigh.
Ah well, guess we’ll just have to tune in to the American version and watch his HIGHlarious banter with Demi Lovato to satisfy our Shimon cravings, LOLz!
