Jesse Metcalfe was spotted leaving the gym with his fiancé Cara Santana on Monday in El Lay.
Despite working up a sweat, they looked as fresh as ever after they earned their beach bods.
The couple wasn’t even too tired to give the paps a wave!
Maybe that means they need to go back in there and do a few more push-ups. Ha!
With all this hard work, we’re sure they’ll both look hawt when they walk down the aisle.
