Denise Richards & Charlie Sheen have been getting along superbly lately, which must be driving Brooke Mueller nuts!
…What ALSO must be driving her nuts is now that her sons Bob and Max no longer live with her, Charlie is trying to persuade a judge to cancel the $55,000 in child support payments that he’s legally obliged to give to Brooke every month.
His reasoning is that she no longer is in charge of his kids, so why should he continue to pay child support to her! Charlie apparently believes Brooke is using that money to pay for her rehab, which Charlie has paid for before, and no longer feels obliged in bankrolling!
If the judge agrees with Charlie, and Denise keeps the kids, then Charlie may be off the hook for paying child support forever!
The Anger Management star has offered to pay for his sons’ expenses while they live with their new guardian, but Denise has refused to take any money from her ex husband!
Pretty sweet deal for Charlie don’t you think???
