Lancaster teenager Temar Boggs is being called a hero after he found a missing 5-year-old girl, and he’s definitely deserving of the title!
Last Thursday, Jocelyn Rojas‘s parents reported that she had gone missing, and the whole town began searching for the lost child.
Temar noticed all of the police cars and fire trucks and decided to start a search party of his own with a few of his friends. He said he had a gut feeling that he would find the missing girl, and boy was he right!
He and his buddy Chris Garcia were riding on their bikes when they saw a little girl matching Jocelyn’s description in a mysterious car, and they decided to follow it!
The driver noticed that he was being chased and decided to let the little girl go, and Temar was able to carry her to the authorities so she could be reunited with her parents!
Temar remains humble in the spotlight and claims he was just doing what anyone in his position would do. But if he didn’t have the bravery to pursue the kidnapper, who knows how this whole thing would have ended up?!?!
