Even though Denise Richards is getting ready to make her case to keep these delightful kids forever – Brooke Mueller will always be the birth mother of Bob and Max, and therefore will get a chance to keep the kids she actually popped out!
L.A. County Department of Children and Family Services Officials are apparently considering reinstating some of Brooke’s custodial rights, but only if she proves her mettle during the next six to twelve months.
Brooke, who is in a live-in rehab, has to consistently attend AA and NA meetings. She must also follow all of the orders her doctors tell her, and prove she can handle everyday life without falling apart. She will also have to keep up a relationship with her children via Skype while she is away in rehab.
L.A. County Department of Children and Family Services Officials will monitor Brooke Mueller very closely to determine if she’s following the strict guidelines. If she doesn’t – she’ll be back where she started in six or twelve months.
But if she aces all of her tests? She may gets her two boys back.
As for any reports that Brooke left rehab with a boyfriend, those were apparently all false. She’s been in a rehab since the day she lost her children.
Sounds like this momma has a chance to redeem herself. Sometimes that’s all some people need – a chance!!!
