Mark Wahlberg and his son Brendan were spotted leaving a church on Wednesday in sunny Los Angeles!

The muscle hamster of a father was looking downright sexy with his adorable son as they made their way back to their car.

We think it’s awesome that Mark is spending so much father-son time with his mini-man, and we hope these two keep it up despite the father’s hectic work schedule!

We have no idea where Marky-Mark finds the time to be a great father, a family man, and a hard working actor.

Everyone’s sure he’s a human, and not a super being, right?
