Madonna’s son Rocco recently was a Smack Cam victim, but it’s okay because he’s dancing the pain away.

She was the master behind the lens, cheering on her son, who she said was doing an early birthday dance.

We’re not sure if she meant for her or him, since they’re birthdays are only five days apart, but this little display is good enough for the both of them! LOLz!
