Vogue is snatching all the other magazines’ wigs!
The upcoming September issue of the fashion bible that will feature Jennifer Lawrence is set to be the biggest since the recession, boasting 665 total ad pages!
Think of the poor mail carriers who have to lug that thing around door to door! They truly are unsung heroes!
On the bright side, however, this is phenomenal news since September issues are often used as barometers for how well the industry is doing. Hurray for print!
The 2007 issue with Sienna Miller on the cover (above) remains the biggest of all time with 725 ad pages, which includes ads from the now-defunct Fashion Rocks supplement in its total.
And yet if this growth keeps up, we’re sure that record will be broken in no time!
