Scottie Pippen Won’t Be Charged For His Malibu Attack!

This has to be a weight off of his shoulders!

You may remember that Scottie Pippen was involved in a fight outside of Nobu in Malibu in late June.

Well, the L.A. County D.A. decided that there wasn’t enough evidence to determine if the former NBAer was the aggressor or was simply defending himself.

It was decided, however, that the victim’s injuries were fake because he was drunk at the time AND tested positive for opiates. Oh boy.

But the victim is still going to try to sue Scottie in civil court for $4 million.

Good luck with that one, faker!
