This isn’t Los Angeles or New York City!
This is out-in-the-middle-of-nowhere Pennsylvania!!! The rules are different there!
A total bada$$ Jon Gosselin apparently wants all unwelcome visitors to stay OFF his property! And he’ll use whatever means necessary to accomplish that!
So when a lone photographer visited his cabin in the woods hoping for an exclusive photograph – Jon whipped out a firearm and shot a warning shot away from her!
But, Jon defended himself by saying:
“I am licensed to carry a concealed handgun, which I withdrew and used to fire a warning shot AWAY from the paparazza. It is well within my rights under Pennsylvania law when someone is trespassing on private property.”
The lady paparazzo though did not appreciate any kind of gun shot – even if it wasn’t aimed at her.
She apparently filed a police report, but Jon doesn’t seem worried. He actually thinks she broke the law by trespassing on his property!
Like we mentioned before – if this happened in a major city, we’d think the law would side with the photographer.
But in Nowhere, Pennsylvania? We’re pretty sure Jon is going to be found in the right!
