Hilary Duff and Jack Osbourne‘s wife Lisa Stelly were seen out together in West Hollywood getting their nails done and indulging in some retail therapy.

We’re guessing Hil probably wanted some down time after she’s been hard at work on her rumored upcoming album.

At least, that’s what we’re HOPING is happening!

We’re so happy to see Lisa smiling and happy while out and about. It’s good to see that she’s bouncing back in the wake of her and Jack’s recent tragedy.
