On Wednesday, Adrian Peterson’s two-year-old son was taken to the hospital after his mother’s boyfriend beat him.
The NFLer went to Sioux Falls to be with the child, but was back at practice on Friday.
Tragically, during that time, the young boy passed away. It was reported:

Like we said, there are no words for this kind of senseless tragedy.
Police have had the suspect in custody since everything happened on Wednesday.
Our thoughts and prayers are with everyone involved in this situation.
