Kim Zolciak Is Tardy For The Party Because She's Busy Winning Kandi Burruss' Lawsuit Against Her!

Kim Zolciak might have gotten the smackdown from NeNe Leakes with that one, but now she’s on the winning side because she has successfully defeated Kandi Burruss‘ lawsuit against her!

The wig-lovin’, wine-chuggin’ queen was being sued by her former Real Housewives of Atlanta costar – who was repped by none other than the donkey booty queen Phaedra Parks – over the accusation that she had swindled Kandi out of profits from their AH-Mazingly awesome song Tardy for the Party.

But if you’re going to mess with Kim, you better be ready for wigs to fly! After Kandi filed her suit, Kim responded and accused Kandi of filing as part of a publicity stunt to promote her show The Kandi Factory.

And it seems the judge was Team Wig because the court sided with Kim supposedly based on a technicality involving federal court jurisdiction.

Well, either that or the judge is a HUGE Tardy for the Party fan!
