Talk about making the best of an unexpected situation!!
Earlier this week, Pauly D found out that a night of smushing with Amanda Markert resulted with him taking an unexpected turn to parenthood!
Well recently we’ve been hearing some rumbling and grumblings between the two who are fighting over custody of Amabella as well as child support payments, however the DJing daddy is STILL remaining positive!
In fact, not only is he calling this little happy accident a “blessing,” but he plans on moving forward with making sure he gets his custody rights by taking legal matters in his own hands.
Sources say:
“Pauly requested immediate visitation and has filed the motion to move the custody hearing to Vegas where he owns a home. He hopes to gain fully custody of the baby.”
Meanwhile, he’s been taking to Twitter to restate his excitement, writing:

We definitely hope these two are able to work something out soon, but we’re happy to see that papa Pauly is staying optimistic!
