This dude will not give up!
And Kourtney Kardashian is really getting sick of it!
Michael Girgenti initially claimed that he, not Scott Disick, was the father of Kourtney’s son Mason, and he won’t stop believing that’s the truth!
…Which is bizarre since he’s already failed a lie detector test as well as the fact that Kourtney claims she has DNA tests that prove Scott is the father!
So Kourtney has had her lawyer Shawn Holley send a cease and desist letter to the male model, who worked with Kourtney on a photo shoot once, that says to back off!
The letter cites the aforementioned DNA test, and also claims that Mr. Girgenti is threatening to only back off the claim if he’s paid by Kourtney. The letter warns that if he does not stop these intimidations – they’ll bring those extortion attempts up with a judge!
Sounds like they are giving this fraud a chance to escape this tenuous situation without any legal repercussions which we would jump at if we were him!
Guess we’ll have to wait and see if he makes the right move!
