Holy mother of surprise guests!!!
Ed Sheeran did three AH-Mayzing performances in NYC at Madison Square Garden, but his show on Friday night got people buzzing!
Not only did he play his new song, but Taylor Swift came on stage to sing Everything Has Changed together!
AHHH!!!
Ed later posted a pic of them (above), and said:

“Thank you to ms. Swift for being the surprise guest this evening !”
