We’ve got a MILF alert here, people!! This is NOT a drill!
Just last week, Fergie was spotted going for a jog with her personal trainer in the Palisades to keep her body in Fergalicious shape!
Well apparently she loved it SO much she decided to give it a second shot!
However, the hot momma was NOT messing around this time as she pushed herself pretty hard and even broke into a full on sprint a few times! In fact, her personal trainer was basically there to tell her to cool her jets!
Be sure to pace yourself girl! Although we can’t really argue with those results!
