Uh oh!
Tamra Barney is in an epic battle with her ex husband Simon Barney over if the reality star should be allowed to have her kids on Real Housewives of Orange County.
But according to the ex – their daughters Sidney and Spencer – “want no part” of the show!
And it’s because they’ve been experiencing ├óΓé¼┼ôsocial ridicule├óΓé¼┬¥ at school for their momma’s antics on the show!
Here’s what he wrote in a court filing:
├óΓé¼┼ôThey have been targeted and are the subject of consistent embarrassment due to the content of the show and their mother├óΓé¼Γäós involvement. The show (has) started to become increasingly more about the alcohol, intoxication, sex and bad behavior. The show (has) started to become increasingly more about the alcohol, intoxication, sex and bad behavior.”
To prove his point the ex husband described several iffy scenes including:
“[Tamra] naked in a bath tub being intimate with her then boyfriend, current husband, Edward Judge… [She also had her] vagina waxed on camera, with several men, other than her husband-to-be, present in the room.├óΓé¼┬¥
Tamra had recently filed in court that she should be allowed to have her kids on the show, and should be the sole person to make that decision.
But her ex isn’t down with that either!
In his filing he said:
“All major decisions pertaining to health, education and day care shall be made jointly by the parents. She is seeking to take away my right to parent and make decisions regarding the lasting effects and impacts the show may have on my children. This is not a unilateral ├óΓé¼╦£routine├óΓé¼Γäó decision, it is a ├óΓé¼╦£major decision├óΓé¼Γäó that must be made jointly.├óΓé¼┬¥
Sounds like there’s NO way these two are going to be able to come to an agreement on their own, and this will have to be decided in court.
But will the verdict come before the new season arrives?
Guess we’ll have to wait and see!
