Body image issues plague way more young women and men than anyone could truly know, and that’s a terrible thing to have to say.
Elle Fanning is standing up and saying it, however, in the best way she knows how: by starring in a short film about body image called Likeness, which was directed by Oscar-nominated cinematographer Rodrigro Prieto.
It’s hard to watch, powerful, and 100% worth your time. Especially when we’re seeing that it’s becoming less and less taboo to talk about eating disorders, especially in Hollywood and in the fashion industry.
Even though it’s upsetting, it’s necessary!
