In what’s being touted as a “legal version of Doogie Howser, M.D.,” Hilary Duff will star in a new sitcom as a young attorney fresh out of law school.
The new show is part of the Duffster’s development deal with NBC.
Based on the true story of Kathleen Holtz – who, at 18, became the youngest person to pass the notoriously difficult bar exam – Barely Legal will be Duff’s comedic return to television.
Sounds a little gimmicky, but good luck, Hil!
