16-year-old Mackenzie Wethington is one lucky girl — not only did she get to go skydiving in Oklahoma for her 16th birthday, but she also survived her parachute not opening.
She fell 3,500-feet to the ground!
We’re so happy to report she only experienced broken bones and some internal injuries.
Here’s the thing — Mackenzie and her dad were supposed to be followed by another man, but he was too afraid. That means the instructor NEVER JUMPED WIWTH THEM.
Her dad had to watch as his daughter spiral out of control with the secondary chute and hit the ground.
She broke vertebrae and bones in her back, but that was about it!
That’s cray!! She’s SO LUCKY!!
