Wendy Williams Explains Her On-Air Breakdown Over Her 13-Year-Old Son!

Don’t mess with this mommy!
Wendy Williams recently broke down in tears while talking about her 13-year-old son, but don’t mistake those tears for weakness!
Because despite her sad feelings about her son Kevin Hunter Jr. — she ain’t afraid of disciplining him:

“I’m trying to discipline my son. I don’t want to be his friend — I am his mother, and I am the boss.”

We’re guessing Wendy Williams knows all about how 13 year olds basically are the worst age ever because of puberty and stuff, but despite that Wendy isn’t backing down from those scary teenagers!
She said:

├óΓé¼┼ôI will not get lost in the pool of disrespect that I see coming from kids his age. He will not curse at me and he will never, ever roll his eyes!”

We guess her methods have been working because after the tearful show happened – her son gave her a nice gesture!
She said:

“He made me a beautiful card and gave it to me the next day.├óΓé¼┬¥

So that’s something!
Wendy knows that it won’t be easy, but she won’t divert from her values – no matter what the end result is!
She said:

“There’s no guarantee he’ll turn out right — but I’m doing what I think is right as his mom.”
