WTF?? Little Girl Forced To Leave School Because She Dressed Like THIS Instead Of Ideal "Biblical Standards!"

little girl forced to leave school because they felt she dressed like a boy which didnt follow biblical standards
Our calendars must be wrong because this is such bullshizz it TOTALLY seems like a April Fool’s Day prank!
Albeit a pretty unfunny one!
A little girl named Sunnie Kahle in Timberlake, Virginia was forced to leave and subsequently taken out of her Christian elementary school because school officials felt her hair was too short, her clothes were too baggy, and basically they felt she dressed like a boy.
Apparently dressing like a boy when you’re not a boy didn’t meet the school’s “biblical standards,” so they sent a ridiculous letter home to her grandparents!
Well, Sunnie’s grandparents decided to do the right thing and take their little girl out of the school instead of making her conform her personal style, but they are NOT happy about how everything went down!
Especially since Sunnie loved the original school she went to a ton!
The grandparents shared the letter that they had received from the Christian elementary school which said:

“You’re probably aware that Timberlake Christian School is a religious, Bible believing institution providing education in a distinctly Christian environment…We believe that unless Sunnie as well as her family clearly understand that God has made her female and her dress and behavior need to follow suit with her God-ordained identity, that TCS is not the best place for her future education.”

The letter baffled Sunnie’s grandfather Carroll Thompson. He said:

“How do you label a child, eight years old, or discriminate against an eight year old child? It just don’t happen.”

Her grandmother Doris also is upset with the school’s actions. She said:

“She cries every morning to get on the bus, she cries when she comes home because she wants to go back to Timberlake Christian with her friends…Sunnie says, ‘I’m a girl, I know I’m a girl’…How do you tell a child when she wants to wear pants a shirt, and go out and play in the mud and so forth, how do you tell her, no you can’t, you’ve got to wear a pink bow in your hair, and you’ve got to let your hair grow out long, how do you do that? I can’t do that.”

Administrators at Timberlake Christian claim they’ve done nothing wrong. They simply want Sunnie’s grandparents to follow the school’s rules they’ve set for all of their students. They claim that they haven’t accused Sunnie of anything, and that the issues with her go “far beyond her hair length”.
If that’s the case – then how can they explain that letter they sent where they say that Sunnie and her family need to “understand that God has made her female and her dress and behavior need to follow suit”?
The grandparents have no plans in enrolling in the school, and we don’t blame them.
It’s sad though that a little girl has to leave behind all of her friends because some adults don’t agree with the way she presents herself. Sad and downright disturbing.
