Slash is suing mad because he claims he was lied to by some real estate agents.
Back in 2006, he and wifey bought what said agents called a party pad. But, the Slash family ended up selling the home because it did not meet their pAArtying standards.
The guitarist guy claims the home was smaller than advertised and did not have good parking for party purposes because it butted up to a permit only public street.
Well, a judge has ruled that Slash’s case could move forward.
The realtors, on the other hand, say they’re confident and will win the case.
Don’t eff with Slash and his partying, y’all!
