Comedian Artie Lange was hospitalized last night while out on the road in Michigan! According to his own Twitter post, he was being treated after going into diabetic shock!
Lange tweeted the photo above of him lying in a hospital bed, along with a message to his fans, which read:
“In the hospital outside of Detroit after going into diabetic shock. Trying to get better. Sorry for missing gigs.├óΓé¼┬¥
The long-time Howard Stern Show jokester has since moved on to host his own radio show. The program was in repeats this week while he was out on tour doing standup.
Thankfully, a rep for Artie informs us that he’s feeling much better and is expected to be discharged from the hospital tomorrow. He will be rescheduling some of his upcoming shows, though, so he can return home to rest.
