Did Juicy Joe Giudice pay off the judge with delicious meatballs or some homemade pizza?!
We’re not sure how it all went down, but the Real Housewives of New Jersey hubby has had one of the fraud cases against him thrown out!
Just like Teresa Giudice, Joe is free of a fraud case against him that accused him of forging another man’s signature on mortgage documents for an apartment building they owned together. The man’s name was later taken off the mortgage when Joe refinanced, but Joe was accused of not giving him the $260,000 he was owed.
Now, Judge Kenneth Slowmienski has completely dismissed the case!
The couple’s legal coach and crisis manager, Wendy Feldman, commented:
“This is a HUGE victory for the Giudice family and for their ongoing criminal case that is taking new turns by the day.”
Unfortunately, while they might be toasting with some Fabellini right now, Tre and Juicy Joe are still dealing with their OTHER fraud case.
Yeah, that one where they could be facing jail time.
Since they already pleaded guilty, we’re guessing those cases won’t be magically dismissed.
