Just yesterday it was revealed that legendary radio host Casey Kasem had gone missing, and now it looks like his daughters are doing everything they can to find him!
Kerri Kasem revealed that on May 6th, a week before her father went missing, she and her sister Julie were able to visit him in his Santa Monica nursing home for the first time in five months!
According to the 35-year-old, Casey was in fairly good spirits on their visit as she reveals:
“They let me and my sister in to see him and it was a wonderful visit. My dad said, ‘I love you.’ Dad was animated. He was smiling. He moved his arms a little bit. He knew we were there. When we went to leave, we said, ‘Dad, we’ll be back soon.’ That’s when he looked up at us and was able to say the word, “When?” We said, “Dad, as soon as we can.'”
Kerri believes her stepmother, Jean Kasem moved Casey from his nursing home from the middle of the night WITHOUT the court’s permission!
Kerri asserts that she and her sister Julie will do everything they can to find their father and make sure everything is OK:
“I will do whatever I need to do to get my dad back! I’m praying that he is somewhere safe. I’m praying to God that he├óΓé¼Γäós being cared for and that he’s not getting sicker and sicker by the day.”
At 82 years of age Casey’s health is a HUGE concern, especially due to his battle with Parkinson’s disease which makes it difficult for him to speak. Kerri’s biggest worry is that her father is being moved around without the proper medical equipment.
Hopefully Kerri and Julie are able to find their father and get him the medical attention he needs soon!
