Finally! A step in the right direction!
We previously mentioned that Donald Sterling’s chick on the side, V. Stiviano, was attacked outside of the Gansevoort Hotel on Sunday in New York City.
She was hit and called racial slurs and luckily escaped without any serious injuries.
After taking a confusingly long amount of time to file a police report, a case was finally opened.
Now, one of the suspects is in custody after being arrested in NYC!
Dominick Diorio, 40, was arrested and charged with third degree assault, a hate crime and harassment.
We feel awful that she suffered any attack at all but we’re so happy one of the suspects was apprehended.
Let’s hope they catch the other guy soon. We don’t need people like that running around free!
Justice will be served!
