Nancy Grace Tells A Father LIVE On-Air That His Missing Son Has Been Found Safe & Sound! But You Won’t Believe Where This 12-Year-Old Kid Was!

On June 14th, twelve-year-old Charlie Bothuell was reported missing to the Detroit police.
Multiple law enforcement agencies, including the FBI, began searching for the boy but with no luck. His family feared the worst!
The father, also named Charlie Bothuell, appeared on Nancy Grace last night in an attempt to ask America to help him find his son. But before the broadcast was over, Nancy announced to him that police had FOUND little Charlie and that he was safe!
AH-Mazing, right?!
Welllll hold that thought.
Because Miz Grace then announced where the young boy was found.
In his father’s basement!
Say what now??
Young Charlie was discovered hiding behind a makeshift barricade and apparently was very excited to see the cops!
Investigators are stumped on whether or not Charlie had been in the basement this whole time, since the home had already been searched repeatedly!
Nancy grilled Mr. Bothuell about why his son was in his basement but the father is more puzzled than anyone! And also relieved!
Police later gave Charlie Sr. a polygraph test on whether he knew about the whereabouts of his kid and the results were inconclusive.
It does seem strange that this dad didn’t know his own son was in his home. But, if the authorities searched the basement and found nothing either, maybe this little kid is just a REALLY good hider!
At any rate, we’re just glad that Charlie has been found and that he’s okay!
