Kelly Osbourne let the world see the color of her knickers when she fell with new boy toy Ricki Hall last night.
While Kelly is claiming the paparazzi PUSHED the couple down on their way out of a bar/restaurant in London, the papz are calling bullshiz.
In fact, the photogs are saying she fell because she was so tipsy from her night out!

Ummm…
..we don’t mean to be biased because of our love for the purple-haired babe, but why would she tweet about the incident if it was her fault??
Wouldn’t Kelly rather hope to ignore the situation than bring attention to her alleged liquid tumble??
