Uh oh!
The District Attorney of Los Angeles County has not been particularly lenient with Ray J, as they just charged him with no less than 10 crimes for his drunken misbehavior last May!
The D.A. even charged Ray J with sexual battery, despite the fact that police have said no crime of the sort was actually committed.
Last May, Ray J was at a bar located at the Beverly Wilshire Hotel when he got a little unruly, grazed some woman’s behind, and was then ordered to leave.
However, police allegedly said at the time that his butt touching wasn’t sexual battery because it was “incidental” and not intentional.
However, after his bar fiasco, Ray J got arrested, kicked out the cop car’s window, and spat on an officer.
Hmm somewhat less incidental if you ask us.
Ray J’s excuse? He was claustrophobic.
Ray J is now being charged with sexual battery, 4 counts of resisting arrest, 3 counts of assault and battery, and 2 counts of vandalism.
Wow, that’s a lot of crimes to be charged with in one day!
