A father named Andy Kartchner was tucking in his 4-year-old daughter Lucy for bed when she asked him for a request.
A special Disney request!
Here’s what the father said his daughter told him:
“She said, ‘Daddy, I want to do ‘Love Is An Open Door’ with you and I want to record it. She wanted to get dressed up like Anna so her mom did her braids and all.”
Well, this daddy wasn’t going to say no to his little girl, and they recorded a version of Love Is An Open Door on YouTube that is so lovely!
And the most spectacular part is that the version they put up there was their very first take — because you KNOW they had practiced it a thousand times before!
The paternal love on display here really does feel like an open door!
